This is a small company with small prices based in Miami, Florida and operating in Washington, D.C. Miami, and San Juan, Puerto Rico. We convenience Miami customers by being able to pick-up broken computers and deliver repaired units and items ordered through Dinarius at greatly discounted rates. The surcharge for travel begins at $10 and goes up to $30 if you’re quite far; insurance and gas for our snazzy Scion xB have to be paid this way.
We hand out fliers and business cards like water and give free advice right there on the spot for common problems. While repairs form a strong base of work, our primary motives are to teach. From the beginning, the motto has been, “Maximize Your Potential.” No where does this expression play harder than in other small businesses.
It’s not uncommon for a small business to suffer when a few employees do things each their own way. We use an expression to describe what we do in cases like this: We homoginize the workflow. With everyone able to do things the same way, overworked small business employees finally enjoy time off since their jobs still get done. Nothing makes the boss happier than workers who can get the job done without having to constantly call for help!
We’re working with University radio stations and public radio to bring knowledge to the people who need it most. Before too long, you might have the chance to hear one of our tutors on the air answer questions and stirring the thoughts of tomorrow’s business leaders.
Our online presence has been fun; we type out advice, computer repair help and use a podcast to send out messages intended to get you ahead with what’s going on. Our podcasts aren’t cutting it! With only 3% of 20% of the people tuning in, we’ll continue, but we’ll be trying to find better ways to reach out in the future.
With a couple thousand people visiting monthly, we’re pleased that 30 to 50% of them find an article to Add to their Favorites folder and as a result, we’re certain that if you look around, you’ll find something that appeals strongly to you too. We use our online time to write about philosophy, science, literature and anything else that comes to mind – Maximizing Your Potential isn’t just about learning how to use e-mail after all! We will always continue to add to the Intelligent Interest section of the Writing Archives.
We will change our name a little to reflect better just what it is that we do. Our logo will change and our presence will extend not just to radio, but to TV as well. The first of two TV commercials is being created right now. The additional work that attracts us will help us deliver better and varied information right here at the site!
We accept money for payment; not beer, not favors, we don’t do it to borrow your lawnmower or pay you back for letting us steal your cable TV. These days, everyone knows someone who knows something about computers and that’s great. The difference is that computers aren’t just something we know about, they are our lives. We don’t just “do” computers, we live computers.
We want our work to work for you – if a second visit is needed, you don’t pay for anything but the travel costs. Residential customers pay $65 an hour by the half-hour and businesses pay $85 by the hour. We’re very flexible about our invoicing because we know that learning to fix a new problem for us ISN’T something you should have to pay for. When we take three hours to learn how to fix a new problem in an hour, YOU PAY AN HOUR.
Computers cost hundreds of dollars. When used correctly, they can save or even produce hundreds of dollars. So what’s the matter with paying honest money for honest work done right? Having a neighbor or co-worker’s boyfriend defragment a hard drive in exchange for a BBQ isn’t wrong, but it certainly can’t be the best solution for your computer. Some people are specifically better at certain things. We’re specifically better at computers and Internet Technology than most of the people you know; hire Dinarius as a favor to yourself and get it done right.
You can contact a Dinarius tutor by dialing (786)419-CUBE.
I HAVE AN OLD COMPUTER…ABOUT 8 OR 10 YEARS OLD…THAT STILL WORKS WELL BUT IS VERY SLOW. I HAVE A SENTIMENTAL ATTACHMENT TO IT. IT’S BEEN UPGRADED ABOUT AS FAR AS IT CAN HANDLE. IS IT TIME FOR ME TO GET SOMETHING NEW? IF I DO, WILL I STILL HAVE A USE FOR MY OLD MACHINE? THANKS, DAD

Fun question. One thing that hasn’t changed so wildly in all this time is the internal hard points that new guts can bolt on to. Where is the soul of a computer? I know about sentimental attachments especially as they pertain in this case. I would recommend considering buying a new computer – but only the guts. Using the old case will keep just about all the memories entact and the performance will be modern. You could even use the old hard drive though I recommend copying everything to a new one just to be safe. That might be more fun than owning an M285 Tablet. You’re welcome, Son. And don’t type in CAPS. It’s considered yelling.
