Funny thing about being told to join all the Web 2.0 services you can get your mind around, a lot of them seem to do the same thing! If they aren’t trying to run your desktop like a Netvibes site, they’re trying to tie all your friends together in a big lasso!

MyBlogLog, which is a member of the growing OpenID movement does have a little more give and take. With a community that moves easily thanks to that OpenID (which Ma.Gnolia didn’t accept so readily), Yahoo site members can come and go as they please and appear special on sites like Dinarius which is now lassoed in!

The drawback? Peculiar posts like this one where a Blog author has to verify that they have Admin and authorship control of a website or blog. Go figure. So for you OpenID and Yahoo! visitors, here’s a link to join me, Bryan, in MyBlogLog!
