With the Apple iPhone update 1.1.4 triangulation became a life saving feature in the MAPS menu. I followed someone to a strange spot in Hollywood, Florida and used the function to find my way back to a familiar place.

Cell phone makers are banking on the fact that your use of the Internet will be a function of where you are.
